www.SmileAligners.app is an internet-based portal and “SmileAligners”, is a mobile application, (hereinafter be referred to as “Website") is run, operated and maintained by AMPA ORTHODONTICS PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter to be referred as “Company” or “AMPA” “We” or “Our” or “Us”), a company duly incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered address at B Wing, Empire Plaza 1, 1st floor, Lal Bahadur Shastri Rd, Vikhroli West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400083 For the purpose of these Terms, wherever the context so requires "You", “Your” or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who accesses, uses or subscribes to our Website, agrees to become a buyer on the Website or avails or offers to avail any of our services.

Use of the Website is offered to You, subject to acceptance of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms including applicable policies which are incorporated herein by reference, along with any amendments / modifications made time to time by Company at its sole discretion and posted on the Website, including by way of imposing an additional charge for access to or use of a service(s). SmileAligners and the website names, logos, and other identifying marks are the property of Ampa.

The website, as a whole and in part, is protected by copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, and other intellectual property and other proprietary rights, and all other applicable rights are reserved.

Ownership of the Website and Website Information

Products and Services

Product means and include the clear aligners and other products available on the Website. “Services” means services in respect of the clear aligners provide by AMPA It is clarified the clear aligners and dental products and services are/were catered under the brand name “SmileAligners” owned and controlled by AMPA. The Services in respect of the aligners may be provided at our own clinic and/or through third party extended clinics (“Extended Clinics”) which are operated independently by professionals. While the professionals at the Extended Clinics would be provided relevant information in respect of the aligners, You hereby agree that we would not be responsible in manner whatsoever for the services or procedures carried out by such professionals at such Extended Clinics. You may avail or book the skin related services provided by SmileAligners for your friend and family. You may please note that the recipient of services shall be governed bySmileAligners Terms and shall provide necessary information as may be required or sought at the time of providing such services.

Use of The Website's Content

By visiting and using the website, you represent to us that you are at least 18 years old. Further, by visiting and using the website, you represent to us that, if you are under the age of majority in your state (i.e., if you are a minor), you have consent from a parent or legal guardian to do so, and that your parent or legal guardian has read and agreed to these Terms of Use.

When you register in and avail the SmileAligners Services, we give you the option (under certain circumstances) prior to the treatment or during treatment to choose/opt for in-person consultation at your home or consultation via video and telephone conferencing. On selection of the mode, you understand and acknowledge that you have duly accorded your express as well as implied concurrence in accordance with the consent form for providing information required during these calls along with any impressions, scans, radiographs (x-rays) and photographs, as required on a case to case basis for diagnosis, treatment planning and progress tracking, to us.

Personal Information

Our Privacy Policy governs your submission of personal information. You also agree that any information that you submit through the website that is communicated to our affiliated orthodontists will be accurate and complete.
